Steps for finding a home

1. Simply call or email us. You can easily find us through the English newspaper and/or our website. Let us know your requirements and schedule so that “house-hunting” can be initiated.
   
2. Professional staff will contact you immediately upon finding fitting apartments, followed by a tour of the apartments and a complete environment orientation. It is important that you take the time to find the right home for you and your family. The negotiation process is taken care of with the landlord to produce a suitable contract.
   
3. During the term of this Agreement, the staff will play a translator’s role between both parties. In addition, recommendations of good electricians, plumbers, cleaning services and the like, are provided as the follow-up service.
